More information concerning Apple’s planned ‘Twelve Days of Christmas’ iTunes media give-away has emerged, and it looks like we can look forward to some Class A music and other releases for free this season.
Apple hasn’t yet said what it plans to give away in the promotion, which launches December 26. All the company has promised is that it will offer daily free downloads across the season, including “rare singles, live tracks and free music videos”.
UK music newspaper, NME, this morning confirms the selection will include offerings from The Smiths, The Ting Tings and The Script.
”A great way to start filling the iPod you received for Christmas,” a company representative said.
