It’s available in the US for $5.99. San Francisco rock photographer Jay Blakesberg has teamed up with a digital media company called Mosaic Legends to create it.

Lily Allen album promo’s an online game

Parlophone has introduced an online game to promote the launch of Lily Allen’s new album, ‘It’s Not Me, It’s You’ due for release 9 February 2009.

The game, ‘Escape the Fear’, is based on content from the album and the initial single, ‘The Fear’. It features an animated Lily Allen working her way through ten levels of musician-related action, avoiding obstacles such as paparazzi cameras, rabid handbag dogs, evil bankers throwing credit cards, alcohol, demonic puzzles and various other obstacles which make play more difficult.

Fall Out Boy prep Apple iPhone social network app

Way back we warned that you should expect a wave of iPhone applications from musicians promoting new albums, now Fall Out Boy has joined Snow Patrol, Pink, David Cook and the Nine Inch Nails in making a music-focused pitch at fans using the Apple device.

Fall Out Boy will introduce its own iPhone application before the December 16 release of new album “Folie a Deux”, Billboard helpfully notes.

Red Light Company are YouTube superstars

We’re not sure as to the background for this one, but it seems the video for Red Light Company’s forthcoming single ‘Scheme Eugene’ has been a viral video success, becoming “the most viewed music video on YouTube in the UK on both Monday and Tuesday this week,” the band’s “people” told us today.
