I think the move to Apps and Games from the App Store on the AppleTV is obvious. What is not so obvious is what an Apple Game controller will look/work like — this makes or breaks gaming. They need to exceed wii innovation in this area. I think the iphone/ipod touch might make a good controller for party games, but we need a lower cost more grippable/durable controller too. Maybe a game controller that has a dock for optional iphone ipod?
