Guns ‘N’ Roses in viral air guitar YouTube contest

Guns’n'Roses have gone all viral, launching a UK YouTube air guitar contest to promote latest album, ‘Chinese Democracy’.

The band’s inviting fans to perform, film and upload the most insane air guitar solos possible to the title track. The winner will get a listening party for up to 100 friends and a platinum disc. Entries close on 17 November one week before the album ships on November 24.

“We want to see you’re craziest, most innapropriate air guitar! Get creative, set it to ‘Chinese Democracy’ if you want, the craziest one wins!” the competition site exhorts fans.
