Springsteen applies digital fund-raising magic

Columbia Records has announced the release of Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band’s ‘Magic Tour Highlights’ on July 15 through all digital download stores, including iTunes.
The release includes four audio tracks with four videos, all recorded live in concert during the tour.
In a nice touch, all the artists, songwriters, and music publishers concerned in the release are waiving their royalties, with Columbia Records is donating all its net profits to the Danny Federici Melanoma Fund. The iTunes Store will donate its first year’s net profits as well.
Tracks include Always A Friend, The Ghost of Tom Joad, Turn, Turn, Turn and 4th Of July, Asbury Park (Sandy).
